Why Samui Island is a Wonderful Tropical Escape
67If you have heard anything about Thailand then there’s a good chance you already know about Koh Samui. In addition to being one of the biggest of the Thai islands, it also has been known to lure visitors in and make them fall in love with its beauty. You might question is Samui Island truly all that wonderful and worth traveling so far to visit? who have previously been to Thailand or know something regarding the country have probably heard about the draw of Koh Samui. This large Thai island in the south of the country is well known for its natural splendor and tropical perfection. Many visitors have been seduced by Samui Island in the past, but if you’ve never visited you might wonder what all the fuss is about and whether or not it’s worth making the trip to Samui Thailand.
I can tell you that Samui Thailand is not only worth coming to, many people end up having their sights and experiences indelibly burned into their brains and not only can’t wait to get back, but honestly think about moving there for good! You will notice an increasing number of Westerners on Koh Samui who have decided to do exactly that based not only on their love of the island, but also on the excellent lifestyle and inexpensive costs of living on Koh Samui. From my own experience Koh Samui can be a life altering experience and for that reason alone is worth visiting. You can find many who agree with my assessment among the growing number of Westerners who came to visit and then decided to make Samui Thailand their home. They decided that this tropical paradise gives them the opportunity to enjoy nature, slow down the pace of their life and do so in a place that is both inexpensive and provides a near western standard of living.
Samui is a perfect location for a variety of reasons. People who love it talk about the amazing weather, the incredible animal life and lush jungle vegetation, top notch restaurants and some of the friendliest people in the world as a few of their personal reasons for coming back to Koh Samui over and over. Add to that inexpensive healthcare, excellent international schools and a huge variety activities and you also can imagine why Samui Thailand is a great place not only to visit, but to relocate to for a more enjoyable existence.
If you desire to experience the best of Thailand in a great environment and only minutes away from every facility and amenity you might possibly want then Samui Thailand is the place to go.
Koh Samui is a wonderful place to experience natural wonders such as waterfalls and tropical jungles, visit a coconut plantation, learn to dive in the clear warm waters around the island or just chill and get a tan on one of the perfect white sand beaches. In addition, it is a ideal base for visits to the nearby smaller islands like Koh Katen, Koh Ma or Koh Tao. And if spa’s are your thing then why not take some time for yourself in one of Samui Island’s relaxing spa’s?
You will see that Samui Thailand is home to a number of luxury spa’s and you can get nearly any sort of treatment you wish. The luxury spa’s on Samui Island will permit you to erase your stress and recharge your energy prior to heading back out into reality. Let yourself be taken care of all day at the spa and later take off at night for delectable food at one of the various world class restaurants followed by amazing nightlife at the clubs of Samui Thailand. Or just add to your relaxed mood by chilling by the sea with drink in hand.
If you agree with me in believing that this is an ideal way to spend your time then why not give Samui Island a try. I am willing to bet it will get into your bones just as it has mine and will have you craving to return whenever possible, perhaps for good.
